Limited Edition – Lime Green Dishcloth Crochet Kit

The weather has been scorching in the UK recently, and I’ve been inspired to add a zingy new colour to the range of yarn in my eco-friendly Dishcloth Crochet Kits. This lime green is the perfect shade for summer, and a cotton dishcloth is a great project for hot weather!

Now is definitely not the time to be labouring under a woollen blanket or sweater – a small project in cotton like one of these dishcloths, featuring an interesting stitch pattern, is perfect for a relaxing afternoon of crocheting in the shade, accompanied by a cool drink.

This vibrant lime green yarn is made from 85% recycled cotton and 15% recycled man-made fibres, for a hard-wearing and easy-to-launder finished dishcloth.

Both my dishcloth crochet patterns are perfect for anyone with basic crochet knowledge looking to improve their skills. The crochet pattern included in each kit – which is printed on 100% recycled paper – is detailed and contains lots of colour photos to help with every step.

🟩 I rate these as Beginner Level Patterns. For more information about the difficulty levels of my kits, please see How Easy Are Your Crochet Kits?

A small project like a dishcloth is a great way to learn a new family of stitches.

Eco-friendly Dishcloth Kit

Either kit contains enough yarn to make one dishcloth, with an optional hanging loop – although extra dishcloth yarn is available if you’d like.

Once you’ve completed the kit, however, you can use the pattern provided to make as many more dishcloths as you like! All my crochet kits contain helpful information on how to source the perfect yarn to make more items once the contents of the kit are used.

Each kit also contains a yarn needle – a nice solid metal one, not plastic – and optionally a beautiful wooden crochet hook that’s a pleasure use.

The whole kit is designed to be as low-impact / sustainable as I can possibly make it. It is smartly presented in a reusable box so it makes a great gift for a crafty and/or eco-minded friend. Eco-friendly gift-wrapping is also available if you are sending this as a present.

  • plastic free
  • box – reusable, recyclable, biodegradable
  • printer paper, labels and tissue – 100% recycled, recyclable
  • tags and business cards – handmade from cereal packets, etc, recyclable

This bright new lime green colourway is available alongside all the other existing colour options in my eco-friendly dishcloth kits. It’s a limited edition for 2026 while stocks last. Take a look at all the colours available: you’re bound to find a colour to suit your mood and kitchen!
