I occasionally like to post a summary of what’s popular in my shop in different seasons, so what are the best sellers in my Etsy store this month?
I’m always surprised – in a good way – by just how much busier I am with sales in the autumn than the rest of the year. It always starts the week the schools go back in September!
1
Perhaps as is only fitting for October, my three pumpkin crochet pattern is my best seller so far this month!
My pumpkin and gourd crochet patterns have also been top-of-the-pops on Ravelry too.
2
Joint second place goes to my robin crochet pattern and the complete kit to crochet the robin. Lots of people getting ahead with their Christmas crochet I think!
3
More pumpkin goodness at number three, with my more unusual striped pumpkin crochet pattern – you can really have a lot of fun with this one!
4
There’s been a lot of interest in “zero waste” projects and replacements for single-use plastics lately, which may be why my waffle stitch dishcloth crochet pattern appears in the bestsellers this month.
5
And here’s a second entry for an eco-friendly project – my reusable face scrubbier pattern which also includes a mesh laundry or produce bag pattern. So useful to make in all different sizes for lots of household jobs.
If you’re planning your Christmas shopping, small business owners will always thank you for getting your orders in early! Do take a look at my Last Ordering Dates for Christmas 2019 to avoid disappointment.
