Greetings card with gingerbread brooch – a little gift and card in one for Christmas or any occasion.
This 100% recycled card features a hand-crocheted gingerbread brooch which detaches from the card.
These cheerful little characters are made in 100% British wool, hand-dyed just for me by The Occasional Purl using natural plant dyes. The details are 100% cotton.
You can choose either skirt or trousers for the little gingerbread person.
The badges are sewn to their bar-pin back (which has a safety catch), not glued, for robustness.
The card features a choice of border and comes with a sturdy, self-seal box envelope to protect the card when you send it to its recipient.
In the UK the card can be sent in the ‘Large Letter’ category.

Customisation
Like all my greetings card, you can personalise this card with the greeting of your choice on the front. Choose the text you would like to appear using the drop-down list above. If you would like to specify your own short greeting, please choose “personalised” and then type the exact text in the box provided.
Select the border you would like on your card: holly, candy-canes or plain.
Select the style of gingerbread person you would like on your card: with trousers or skirt.
If you’d like me to send a holly brooch card directly to someone for you, I can handwrite a message inside for you. When you get to the Checkout page, just enter the recipient’s address as the delivery address and explain what you want in the “Further Details” section.
