Hand-crocheted flower brooch in sustainable materials.
This brooch is hand crocheted in yarn made from British Bluefaced Leicester wool blended with mulberry silk. It features a matching up-cycled button accent (which may vary) and is presented on a recycled card.
The colours in this brooch are gorgeous deep rust brown and yellow ochre.
It makes a lovely thank you gift or gift for any occasion.
The yarn I use for these brooches is left over from other projects, as a way of using up every last metre – I don’t buy yarn in order to make these brooches, so when a colour way is sold out, it is unlikely to return.
The brooch measures approximately 6.5cm (2¾ inches) across.
The brooch is smartly presented on a recycled card ready for gift-giving. The cards are cut from old cereal packets, greetings cards, etc and will be either ‘kraft’ brown or cream in colour.
