These eco-friendly flower brooches in shades of blue with a matching upcycled button accent make lovely little earth-friendly gifts for a co-worker, an eco-conscious friend or lover of denim on any occasion.
They are hand-crocheted with the small pieces of organic cotton left over from my kits and larger commissions, and are completed with a button upcycled from old clothing. The brooches measure approximately 6.5cm (2¾ inches) across and are smartly presented on a recycled card ready for gift-giving. The cards are cut from old cereal packets, greetings cards, etc and will be either ‘kraft’ brown or cream in colour with the original printing on the reverse.
Part of my Brooches with Benefits range: as well as being super-eco friendly, £1 from the sale of each brooch will be donated to The Trussell Trust, working to end poverty and hunger in the UK.
